Ray Marshall, M.A.Ed, LPCC-S (He/Him)

Hi, I’m Ray—a therapist, a lifelong nerd, and someone who believes healing should never be a one‑size‑fits‑all process. Therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to the unique needs, identities, and stories of each client, and that’s the approach I bring to my practice.

I earned my M.A.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University and have worked in both community mental health agencies and private practice settings. Along the way, I’ve provided trainings on trauma‑informed care and built a reputation for blending professional expertise with authenticity and humor.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me immersed in video games, books, and movies. I’m passionate about tattoos and piercings, and I embrace my ADHD as part of what makes me creative, curious, and deeply empathetic. My style is compassionate but also infused with a dark sense of humor—because sometimes laughter is part of the medicine.

At the core, I’m here to help people navigate complexity, find their voice, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re working through trauma, exploring identity, or simply seeking a space where you can be fully seen, I offer support that’s both professional and deeply human
